A. What happens if you delete your account?

• You will permanently lose your profile and learning resources. Your profile, photos, posts, videos, and everything else you’ve added will be permanently deleted. You won’t be able to retrieve anything you’ve added.
• Once this action is completed, it cannot be undone. So you won’t be able to reactivate your account

B. How to delete your account? 

1. Go to Menu – Your account

2. Choose ”…” on the top right corner – Delete your account

3. Confirm your request

• Click Delete account to process
• Click Cancel to comeback

4. Choose the reason why you want to delete your account

Choose one of the reasons listed. If you choose Others, please specify in the box below. This will help us further improve the app. 

5. Enter Verification Code

• Check your registration email and enter the code we sent to delete account
• If you didn’t receive the code, choose Resend
